DIET BRAN MUFFINS

Makes 12 small muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All Bran
    2/3 cup plain yogurt
    1/3 cup dry skim milk powder
    3 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    2 mashed bananas

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients together. Spray 12 muffin tins with oil spray. Divide mixture evenly . Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
    (75 calories per muffin)
